I got my first christmas card in the mail today.

Love – Kelly, Anthony, & Oliver
When did my sister become such a grown up with her own family? I feel so behind!
Kelly had me take the family photo while everyone was together over Thanksgiving.

Cute, right?
Funny Story…. when Kelly had the photos printed at Wal-Mart they made her sign a release form. Apparently the photos ‘looked professional’ and they didn’t want to get sued.
What can I say? I’m just that good!
Do you send holiday cards out? I thought about it, but have never actually executed it. Maybe next year?
Once I finally was granted access back into my work e-mail (IT had to reset my password) working from home was a breeze. I took care of a lot of things that needed to be taken care of with out ever having to leave my couch.
The best part about working from home? The casual wardrobe.

I have been rocking the mis-matched sweats and crazy hair all day.
Another awesome part? The close proximately to my kitchen for snacks and lunch.
Mid-morning snack: mixed nuts and cherries

Lunch

Grilled cheese with snap peas, tomato, mushrooms, swiss cheese, and buffalo sauce.

Leftover rutabaga and ketchup.

Delish!
Don’t wait up tonight! Derek and I are heading out to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for a little holiday celebration. This is one of my my christmas presents and I can’t wait!
Have a great Friday everyone!
I think all the cold weather follow me home from St. Louis. It was a wee bit chilly on my run this morning. I had to break out the ear covering head band, gloves, and running jacket. I hope this weather sticks around for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tonight.
Today’s run was a make-up for the one I missed on Wednesday. I ran an easy 3 miles with 6×100 strides at the end.
I came back feel refreshed and rejuvinated.
Enter bowl of cold cereal.

- 1 cup Quaker Oatmeal Squares
- 1/2 cup Annie’s Vanilla & Coco Bunnies
- Sprinkle Pumpkin Granola
- Blueberry Oikos
- 1/2 Apple

The blueberries oikos had busted when I opened the refrigerator door this morning. I scraped what I could out of the part of the container that hadn’t been exposed to the floor and threw away the rest.

I have the pleasure of working from home today, but I am having difficulties logging into my e-mail remotely. Oh please, please, please start working so that I don’t have to call my IT department. They are really, really nice guys, but everytime something is wrong with my computer they make it seem like a simple fix and I end up feeling like a big dork. Anyone else ever run into this problem?
P.S. Check out Maddie’s new hiding spot.

Now, if I can just get her to lay there with her christmas dress on.
