Oh! Nuts Giveaway

Welcome to the start of a brand new work week! I hope everyone is settling back into their normal routines after the extended holiday weekend.

In case you missed it check out some of the highlight posts from my turkey filled weekend. :)

Talk about a busy weekend!

I have definitely been slacking on reminding ya’ll, but please remember to keep the votes coming for the Sam-e Good Mood Gig. Voting continues until Dec. 7th and I may be a little behind, but I still have hope! :)

This morning I sunk easily back into my regular routine with a little Yoga for Runners thanks to yogadownload.com.

Surprisingly my legs aren’t too bad after yesterday’s race. They were a little sore yesterday, but today they feel great. I guess that means I could have pushed it harder if I wanted too. ;)

After yoga I made a beautiful bowl of cereal.

  • ½ cup Shredded Wheat
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin Spice Granola
  • Plain Oikos
  • Dried Pineapple
  • Pom

There is nothing more refreshing then a nice cold bowl of cereal in the morning.

    My favorite gift is the Hanukkah Dreidel Gift. Small and sweet! I would use the gift card to buy dried fruit, chocolate, and nuts for MY baking gifts. :)

    I love the 6 section assorted nut platter because my father is a huge fan of nuts and he has recently been trying to transform his life into healthy eating and nuts are a significant role in this process.
