A Giveaway!
A month ago I had the pleasure of meeting Gracie from Gracie’s Gear at the Disney Marathon Running Expo.
I knew of her product and was very excited when she asked if I would like the opportunity to sample and review one her brilliant sports bras and I jumped at the chance.
Her sports bras are perfect for every female runner, with a built in pocket in the front.
I don’t know about any of you, but when I run in the mornings I have my Ipod, Apartment Key, Gate key and Pepper Spray, all of which I have found creative places to distribute at various places on my body while running. I was hoping the built in pocket would be my all in one solutions and was pleasantly surprised it worked!
I was afraid the contents of the pocket would create and extra boob that would bounce and jiggle, throwing my concentration and balance off, but there was no movement from the pocket. Everything was so secured in the little pocket that I would not have known there was any thing extra there.
Besides the convenience of the pocket the bra itself was amazing to. The material absorbed the sweat and wicked it away from my body and kept the ladies secure in place. There was no ta-ta movement at all!
So after a 4.68 mile run, I give this Sports Bra an A++, basically it rocks! I’m just sad I just have one. I need 7, one for each day of the running week. 
I also got to try my new Asics this morning.
They worked! I could definitely feel the difference between these and my well worn old ones though, so I need to break them in before any longer runs, but so far so good. J
Breakfast consisted of cereal. I really missed it last week!
I had ½ cup of Kashi Blueberry Oat Clusters, ½ cup Kashi Cinnamon Harvest, Pineapple, Blueberries and 2 Dollops of Peach Chobani Yogurt.
Speaking of Kashi, you can add them to the Peanut Butter Recall list, I am sure many of you got the e-mail last night warning customers of the possible tainted Granola Bars and Cookies.

I was shocked that Sam’s Club actually called my house phone with a message that kashi products were recalled, because they had in their history that we bought their products there in the past!

I don’t actually own a sports bra (what a terrible thing to admit). i just use the tank tops with built in bras or a normal bra. I keep intending to buy a sports bra but as a law student I am a little low on cash….

The sneakers are named after a guy from my town who broke so many cross country records. He was a counselor at my running camp and I was friends with his sister. He died of a heart attack on a training run but was such an inspiration to my cross country team and those that are still running now. It’s cool to see that he’s memorialized in a pair of running sneakers that you now own!
I only have 2 and now that I am working out 5-6 times a week….needless to say its a little gross…haha.
I would LOVE to try this brand out.

Pick me, pick me, I am in desperate need of a new sports bra. My old one is rubbing me in odd places and I have to totally lube up with bodyglide before I run. And though bodyglide is amazing, it smells weird!!

I just bought new sneaks yesterday too!! I’m trying Mizuno for the first time, and honestly, I felt like I didn’t even have shoes on this morning and didn’t want to stop running!

Love the new Asics! I just bought my first pair of Asics around Christmas time and can’t get enough of them.

Oh wow, as a bigger boobed girl, I am always looking for a good supportive sports bra. The secret pocket is a great feature – I tend to tuck my ipod into the waist band of my shorts, which is not the most secure thing

The bra pocket is an awesome and innovative idea! I take my keys along and store them in my shorts. Nike shorts have okay storage but Under Armour, ugh, that’s another story! My UAs have a butt pocket that zips. There is some bouncing when running but working out can be straight up annoying! I don’t advise bench pressing or performing crunches with a car key in the butt pouch – it can get uncomfortable to say the least!

I never use a sports bra (bad I know) but the way you rave about this one makes me want to think about getting a proper work out bra.

I would SO LOVE to win this cute bra!!! I have the full size iPod and look like a complete GOOF having to stick it into the top of my exercise pants when I run or do weights. Absolutely NONE of the full sized iPod arm bands are made for us women! And I have teeny arms so that doesn’t help my case much either
Seriously, I’ve been teased for this. I now work out in the dark movie room at the Y so I don’t get stared at with a cord sticking out of my pants!! LOL

Uhh I just started running and I’m so excited about it! However, I just hold my ipod in my hand which makes it very sweaty …I’ve never seen a bra with a pocket before but it’s such a great idea! …obviously, I would love to own one!
